Guidelines for Submission

Before you begin, please have ready the following information:
Presenting author's contact details; include full mailing address, phone number and e-mail address.
Author or authors' names: initial(s) of first name(s), family name
Affiliation details of all authors: department; institution / hospital; city; state (if relevant); country
Abstract title (limited to 20 words) in UPPER CASE
Abstract text limited to 350 words for poster and 1000 words for speakers.
